Thank you for taking the time to read about MPCT. Our website has been designed with you in mind.
My team has endeavoured to answer as many of your questions as possible and allow you to make an informed decision on MPCT. I have dedicated my life to the development of young people.
Since its inception, MPCT has for me confirmed that young people from all types of backgrounds can and do succeed in the right environment. It has been my privilege to witness young people make the very difficult transition from childhood to adulthood and develop into positive, productive role models in their own right. They become members of their communities and are able to contribute emotionally and economically.
I believe that through outstanding leadership and teaching all can achieve their goals. We have been recognised for this by Ofsted to be outstanding in all areas. This should give you the confidence in our organisation that we are able to make a positive difference. My staff are role models who will ensure that students have a first class experience. Teamwork, personal pride, physical and mental robustness, duty, community spirit, confidence and humility are the qualities that MPCT endeavours to teach its learners.
By using an holistic approach to training and focusing on what are essential skills for employment, learners find that they are able to achieve their goals. Young people will gain confidence, enthusiasm and maturity. The qualification success rate at MPCT is extremely high. Graduates of the programme who decide to join the Armed Forces are more likely to be successful than direct entrants. Learners who decide to pursue other career options have the core skills to support their success.
With this new found set of skills and qualifications, doors are now open to them, which were previously firmly closed. Most gain far more than they ever felt possible.
