The Prince's Trust Team Programme is a fantastic opportunity for young people aged 16-18 who want to develop their confidence, motivation and employability skills.

The 12 week personal development programme includes opportunities for team members to:

   - Attend a 5 day residential with team challenges and physical activities.

   - Plan and complete community projects, learning new skills and making a positive difference.

   - Complete a work placement developing employability skills and experience.

   - Get careers advice and support with CV writing.

   - Prepare for your future in education, training or employment.

   - Meet new people.

   - Take part in ADVENTURE and outdoor activities.

   - Gain a nationally recognised Level 1 qualification.

The team is led by a Team Leader who is there to help everyone succeed and achieve over the 12 weeks. Team members work together in a positive and motivating environment. Team members attend classes in the classroom as well as out of it, learning new skills that prepare them for their future. Learning activities are practical and fun, with tasks and activities that are relevant.

Team members identify and arrange work experience opportunities themselves, providing an amazing opportunity to gain real work experience, skills and knowledge. It's a great addition to CVs to.

Planning and carrying out community projects provides team members with a brilliant opportunity to contribute positively to the community and raise money for charity. As well as doing something that really benefits other people, team members also develop their own skills. Contributing and achieving in a positive environment develops confidence and motivation.

Throughout the 12 weeks, team members identify and prepare for their future. Team leaders provide team members with support and advice to help them get to where they want to be.

Courses run throughout the year, with each course concluding with a presentation event, planned and organised by the team, to celebrate their own achievements.
